Microsoft Gived Free Ms.Office License For 365 organization in Indonesia

As one of concern to the Indonesian Microsoft , they provide free of charge software Office 365 to non-profit organizations and governmental organizations in Indonesia through a donation program .

Of course , not all random or non-profit organizations and governmental organizations in Indonesia , but Microsoft will deliver the products to the qualified .



Indeed, this program has been carried out since September 2013 and in 41 countries and now Indonesia is included in the program .

" Donation program in the form of access to the means of productivity and collaboration Microsoft Cloud based nonprofit organizations that can help reduce the cost of time and resources in the provision and use of the information and technology ( IT ) , " said Corporate Affairs Director of Microsoft Indonesia Ruben Hattari to the press in Jakarta , as quoted by Reuters on Wednesday ( 04 / 12 ) .

He further said that non-profit organizations and NGOs operating in the same way with other organizations or businesses . However , many lack the resources to implement the latest technology .

" Office 365 can help non-profit organizations to improve the organization's ability to work from anywhere with access to the documents and files that can be used in personal computers , smartphones and tablets and given away for free software is timeless for nonprofit organizations in dozens of countries around the world " , he continued .

Ruben said that Microsoft is aware of the potential of many non-profit organizations and NGOs in developing human resources and help governments tackle economic and social problems in the face of obstacles increase in IT .

Furthermore, he said , in choosing non-profit organizations and NGOs , Microsoft is working with NGO partners , ASEAN Foundation, which focuses on human resource development in the ASEAN region .

ASEAN Foundation Program Coordinator Ajie Wahidin said that it had menginfokan to non-profit organizations and NGOs in Indonesia to register and take advantage of 365 software organizations in the IT system .

"In addition , we have included Office 365 for small and medium businesses training curriculum in Vietnam , the Philippines , Thailand , and Indonesia . We partner with local NGOs to encourage the use of this software because it is believed to be under the Office 365 will give a better impact for NGOs to support improvement of the local economy with minimum cost , " he said .

Meanwhile , Chief Strategy Team Love Child Nations Foundation ( YCAB ) Suwoto Anton said that his office is conducting the migration process from the old IT systems to cloud -based Office 365 .

Donate the use of Office 365 , according to him , is very meaningful to the organization because it can ease the burden of the cost for the IT infrastructure problems are quite expensive and complex for a non-profit organization .

" Use of this software is certainly the technology can save costs . Yet , on the other hand , we can improve services to communities and individuals more broadly , " he said .
