On October 26, 2012, Microsoft launched the product with 4 different versions, namely:
Windows 8 (Win 8 Standard / Core)
Windows 8 Pro (Win 8 Professional) RTM
Windows 8 Enterprise Edition RTM
Windows 8 RT (ARM or WOA)
Well, then you must be wondering, what is the difference of each edition of the operating system above? I explained through the argument, yes to better facilitate you in the selection process issue, .. :)
"If you do a lot with your computer, including watching TV shows and movies, then you might be able to choose Windows 8 Pro."
This edition will include a whole new user interface called "Metro UI", you might also have seen all the screenshots of the Metro UI that is artistic. In addition, this edition also supports Windows Media Center, TiVo systems such as Microsoft that allows you to pause and record live TV possible in Indonesia this feature a bit useless because the speed of the internet connection is still not qualified. There are some additional features that I think high-end, such as the ability to boot from a virtual hard drive. This edition is a good choice for a laptop or desktop that you'll use for all entertainment needs at home, .. :)
"If you're looking for a computer with basic features for web updates, email, and Microsoft Office, then maybe you can choose the Windows 8 Core."
This edition also has a new user interface. Actually Windows 8 Core is almost identical to Windows 8 Pro except his WMC features and can not boot from a virtual hard drive. If in your home computer, there are several engines, then this edition is the right choice .. :)
"If you love the simplicity of the features of the tablet, then maybe you can choose Windows RT."
Difference between RT and the other version is the RT version will not be able to run Windows programs of the elderly. Instead, this edition is designed to run applications that can be downloaded through the Windows Store. Minimum computer specifications to run the RT, it is definitely not going to be running a version of Windows 8 is another, so if you only want to install Windows 8 on your tablet, then this edition is the right choice ... :)
"If you need a computerized system for medium-scale enterprises up to and above or maybe a hobby that requires IT data security, then maybe you can choose Windows 8 Enterprise"
This edition is the most complete edition of all editions of Windows 8. In this edition, there is a Remote Desktop feature that can let you view and control another computer (or vice versa) to give a demonstration or in the resolution of a problem. On business, usually required encryption of data that can be run by the AppLocker feature, the default encryption tool. But the real issue is for businesses that handle large capacity, multi-computer collaboration with Microsoft, not for household consumers. So in conclusion, if you have a large company that requires a multi-computer performance or requiring data security, then this edition is the right choice,. :)
Here's the difference edition of Windows 8, which is more complete as I can from the official Microsoft website:

Have you ever seen Windows 8 Pro N version and the non-N Version?
Well the difference between them is the availability of the Windows Media Player (WMP). In all versions of N, you will not find the real version of WMP because it is only in use in the European region that once was a dispute regarding copyright infringement on WMP.
Actually, what the hell's the different between Windows 7 and Windows 8?
Picture below may be able to answer that question, .. :)
